Delivery is available to all parts of Israel and to the USA and free to anywhere in Jerusalem.

The price for a regular delivery with advanced notice anywhere in Israel outside Jerusalem is $14.90 or anywhere in the US for $9.90

Returning options

2. You can send your phone by mail from Ben Gurion Airport: Upon your request we can send you a returning envelope along with your cell phone kit, or you may use your own envelope and send it to:

You must send it by registered mail as you are responsible for the equipment until it is received in our office!

There is a post office in Ben Gurion Airport that you can use to return your equipment. The airport post office is located in the shopping area immediately after the baggage check desks, on the left side when you are facing security passport control (look for the red and white sign).
